Duties * Assist clients in buying, selling, or leasing residential or commercial properties. * Conduct thorough market research to provide clients with accurate property valuations. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication. * Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients to ensure favorable terms. * Stay updated on real estate laws and regulations to provide informed guidance. * Prepare necessary documentation for transactions, including contracts and disclosures. * Organize property showings, open houses, and marketing campaigns to attract potential buyers. * Collaborate with other real estate professionals, including mortgage brokers, appraisers, and inspectors. * Utilize organizational skills to manage multiple listings and client accounts efficiently.
