Job Summary

Our family owned roofing company is growing and we are looking for sales people to lead the charge! Sales experience is a plus, but willing to train people with the right mindset. A fun sales environment with weekly cookouts and craw-fish boils at our office located in downtown Fort Worth where the ping-pong,, Cornhole, Madden and Call of Duty tournaments get somewhat intense! We love to keep it light, but also close deals and make money! We offer a 6 week training program with pay and weekly bonuses that is incredible hands on. Our company Pride's our self on culture so we never set you up to fail, being a member of the team makes you part of our family. We are personally committed to do everything we can to help you become a rock star. We offer a 15/50-50 commission from day one. We also pride ourselves on promoting from within and we are growing rapidly. We offer company equity for our team leads/market managers with the path to grow into a managing partner. If you are a self starter, motivated, driven and willing to bet on yourself...then we are willing to double down with you! First year sales reps average out around 120k a year. Duties

• Self-starters who are willing to face to face sales interactions.
• Provide knowledgeable information about products, services, and promotions to enhance the customer experience.
• Actively engage with customers to understand their preferences and recommend suitable options.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance overall performance.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn about products and sales techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work various hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
