Structure Roof and Wall Solutions is a growing commercial roofing contractor serving the Greater Houston area. We are hiring a high-performing B2B Sales Representative to work directly with building owners and decision-makers. This is a performance-based role with no income ceiling. Your effort, discipline, and ability to sell value determine your success. There are no caps, no territory limits, and no artificial ceilings -- the sky is the limit. This position is not for everyone , and that is by design. Who This Role Is For This opportunity is best suited for sales professionals who: * Have prior success in B2B or business-services sales * Are comfortable speaking with owners, property managers, and executives * Take a consultative approach and sell value over price * Can manage a longer sales cycle with consistent follow-up * Are self-directed, organized, and accountable * Are comfortable prospecting and building their own pipeline * Want uncapped income tied directly to performance Commercial roofing experience is a plus, but not required. Backgrounds in construction, inspections, real estate, insurance, finance, or appraisals translate well. What You 'll Be Doing * Prospecting and developing commercial opportunities * Meeting with building owners to assess roofing needs * Performing roof inspections (must be comfortable with ladders and roofs) * Preparing and presenting proposals * Following up professionally to close business * Building long-term relationships that generate repeat and referral work Compensation & Role Details * Unlimited earning potential -- NO CAP * Realistic opportunity to earn $150,000+ in your first year * Performance-based compensation aligned with results * Training, systems, and support provided * Full-time, in-person role * Local work only -- no travel Pay: $150,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year Benefits: * Expense account * Health insurance * Mileage reimbursement * Travel reimbursement Work Location: In person
