Leak Geek Plumbers of Florida is a fast-growing, leak-detection plumbing company focused on efficient diagnostics, honest repairs, and exceptional customer experience. We are seeking Florida-licensed plumbers who want to partner with a growing brand and focus on what they do best--plumbing-- while we handle marketing, calls, scheduling, invoicing and customer acquisition. This role is ideal for experienced plumbers who want consistent work, flexibility, and strong earning potential without the burden of running a full business. Most jobs are residential service and repair , with a strong emphasis on leak detection, slab leaks, repipes, and repair solutions. What You'll Do * Diagnose, repair, and install residential plumbing systems with a focus on leak detection and repair * Perform service work including: * Slab leaks, pinhole leaks, and hidden water leaks * Pipe repairs and replacements (PEX, copper, PVC) * Fixture installs and repairs (toilets, faucets, valves, water heaters) * Use modern diagnostic tools (acoustic listening, pressure testing, isolation testing, etc.) * Communicate clearly with homeowners regarding findings, repair options, and next steps * Complete jobs in compliance with Florida Building Code and local regulations * Maintain clean, professional job sites and uphold Leak Geek brand standards * Coordinate with our internal team for scheduling, dispatch, and job completion What We Handle (So You Don't Have To) * Marketing & lead generation * Call answering & scheduling * Customer billing & payment processing * Branding, website, and reputation management * Ongoing demand generation so your schedule stays full * We have a software that we integrate so that you each morning you will know where to go, what's the pay & what's the job. * Expect 2-3 jobs/week to start and then depending on how well it goes, that work will grow Qualifications * Active Florida Plumbing License (Journeyman or Master, county or state-approved) * 3+ years experience in residential service plumbing * Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills (especially leaks) * Familiarity with Florida homes, slab foundations, and common regional plumbing issues * Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently * Valid Florida driver's license and reliable service vehicle * Own basic hand tools and plumbing equipment * Strong communication skills and professional appearance Preferred (But Not Required) * Leak detection experience * Repipe or slab leak repair experience * Camera inspections or advanced diagnostic tools * Experience working as an independent plumber or subcontractor Compensation & Partnership Structure * High per-job payouts or revenue share (based on experience and license level) * Consistent inbound work -- no cold calling or door knocking * Flexible schedule (full-time or select days) * Opportunity to grow into a long-term market partner as Leak Geek expands across Florida Why Partner With Leak Geek Plumbers?
