The Opportunity We're seeking an experienced Account Manager to own and grow a high- potential regional territory. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on relationship-building, understands consultative sales, and wants real ownership over their success. You'll be responsible for developing new business, growing existing accounts, and guiding clients toward smart, results-driven media solutions. You won't be handed a cold script or be micromanaged -- you'll be trusted to build partnerships, pitch strategic ideas, and represent Bennett Media Group as a true advisor in the market. What You 'll Do * Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients across multiple industries * Own the full sales cycle: outreach, discovery, pitch, proposal, close, and onboarding * Serve as the primary point of contact and strategic advisor for assigned accounts * Collaborate closely with our creative, production, and strategy teams to deliver customized solutions * Identify opportunities for account growth, renewals, and upsells with a long-term mindset * Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets while building a sustainable book of business Your Territory You'll lead business development across the Upper Peninsula of Michigan and Northeast Wisconsin , working primarily with: * Small to mid-sized businesses * Regional brands * Growth-focused organizations investing in digital, video, and integrated marketing Familiarity with the regional business landscape is a major advantage.
