Job Summary: We are seeking a Regional Sales professional with an athletic mindset - someone who thrives on goals, preparation, and consistent execution. The ideal candidate brings an athlete's mentality to sales, driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and managing key customer relationships within an assigned territory. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, this role is responsible for executing regional sales strategies, developing wholesale accounts, and ensuring consistent application of the company's sales processes. The Regional Sales Manager works closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experience while contributing to the company's overall revenue and growth objectives. Key Responsibilities * Identify, prospect, and secure new wholesale accounts within the assigned region, focusing on team dealers, sporting goods retailers, athletic organizations, and golf courses * Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM/ERP system, including account activity, order details, follow-ups, and pipeline status * Collaborate with internal teams - including sales support, design, production, and operations-to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer needs * Coordinate and support trade shows, dealer visits, product launches, and sample requests, representing the brand professionally and effectively * Monitor sales performance, track KPI's, and prepare weekly or monthly reports for management review * Providing administrative and operational support to the broader sales and business development team as needed * Manage Teams in CHIPPLY store, ensuring product accuracy, pricing updates, and smooth customer ordering experiences * Travel required within assigned territory Qualifications * 3+ years of experience in apparel sales, ideally in a performance-driven or competitive market * Proven success in field sales, account management, or business development with a results-oriented, athlete-like approach to goal achievement * Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed national revenue targets through disciplined preparation and execution * Experience managing multi-state or national territories with strong focus, resilience, and time management skills Work Environment * Fast-growth, high-performance environment that rewards adaptability, initiative, and a continuous improvement mindset * Small, collaborative team culture that values teamwork, accountability, personal growth-much like a competitive athletic environment * Hands-on, results-driven culture where team members wear multiple hats, stay agile, and make a visible impact * Entrepreneurial mindset encouraged-initiative, creativity, and problem solving are valued Compensation & Benefits * Base Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 annually, based on experience * Total compensation: $95,000-$150,000 annually, including commission and performance -based incentives * Commission structure designed to reward high performance and consistent execution * Paid Time Off * 80 Hours per calendar year * Eight company-observed paid holidays Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits: * Paid time off Experience: * B2B sales: 3 years (Required) Work Location: In person
