Overview Join our dynamic retail team as a Sales Associate, This position involves learning how to properly fit shoe and boots, giving full service to the customer. Responsibilities * Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding service to enhance their shopping experience * Assist customers in product selection through engaging product demos and knowledgeable recommendations * Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing * Upsell related products by identifying customer needs and promoting relevant items to increase sales * Maintain attractive merchandising displays and ensure shelves are stocked and organized according to company standards * Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely * Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a customer-first attitude are essential * Strong communication skills, including bilingual abilities.
