Job Title: Capital Equipment Specialist Reports to : Director of Sales Job Description: Generate Sales, Sales Planning, Sales Support A. Generate Sales * Understand and implement our proven consultative selling techniques, developing solutions that address unmet needs and overcome objections. * Clearly explain features and benefits of equipment based on the specific interests and needs of the customer. * Plan, coordinate and schedule events such as in-person and virtual consultations, workshops, showroom meetings and technical demonstrations. * Pursue new sales leads from first contact to close. Negotiate prices and delivery times within limits of authority. * Demonstrate proper use of equipment and help customers solve clinical challenges. * Prospect for new opportunities by developing relationships with doctors and key decisions makers at tradeshows and through customer referrals. * Develop and implement cold-call strategies for acquiring new accounts. * Work with architects, designers and construction professionals to integrate Olympic equipment into new construction and remodel projects. B. Sales Planning * Identify organic growth opportunities with existing customer base and develop strategies to introduce new equipment and upgrades to existing equipment. * Contribute to the evolution of our sales model by identifying new tools and processes that improve the customer journey. * Solicit user feedback, both quantitative and anecdotal, that substantiates the return on investment of Olympic equipment. C. Sales Support * Utilize our CRM system for maintaining a complete customer record, following our protocols for pipeline management, forecasting and communication with other team members. * Pre-plan sales calls and presentations and manage overall sales campaigns to ensure maximum customer contact. * Prepare sales proposals and quotes, and request RFQ's from distributor partners * Prepare quarterly sales plans and provide weekly status reports summarizing sales progress and market intelligence. Qualifications/Requirements: * Bachelor's degree with 3 to 5 years B-2-B experience. * High level proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and Salesforce. * 3+ years medical or veterinary sales experience. Capital equipment experience preferred. * Ability to travel as needed to cover sales territory, including overnight stays and tradeshow travel. * Stable work history. Compensation: * $93,000 to $140,000 * Full Medical, Dental and Vision Benefits * 401(K) Retirement Savings Plans * Paid Time Off (PTO) *Note: Actual compensation is influenced by many factors including education, prior skill set and level of experience.
