In this role, you will visit prospective clients in their homes, evaluate the scope of their move, and provide accurate and transparent estimates. Key Responsibilities: * Visit clients at their homes to assess their moving needs, provide accurate estimates, and confidently guide them toward booking their move. * Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers through a professional, consultative, and customer-first approach. * Utilize company-provided tools and software to prepare and present clear pricing, service options, and contract details tailored to each customer's situation. * Proactively follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into scheduled moves, demonstrating strong closing skills and follow-through. * Collaborate closely with fellow sales team members and operations managers to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the estimation and booking process. * Maintain organized, detailed documentation of all estimates, including itemized inventories, pricing breakdowns, and any special requests or instructions. * Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to moving services, incorporating relevant insights into your daily workflow. * Uphold Eco Movers' high standards of professionalism, integrity, and customer service excellence in every interaction. * Drive to appointments using a reliable vehicle and maintain a polished, professional appearance at all times. Qualifications: * 5 years of experience within the moving or logistics industry. * At least 2 years of Outside Sales experience. Long-distance sales experience is a plus. * Basic proficiency in using technology (CRM software, email, estimating tools, etc.). * Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail. * Proficiency in using computer software and tools for estimating and inventory management. * Professional demeanor and excellent customer service skills. * Clean driving record and a valid driver's license. * Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule. * High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in logistics, business, or a related field is a plus.
