We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Sales Professional to Join our dynamic team. This is a face-to-face, relationship based sales role where you'll focus on building trust with clients and developing your own book of business. All leads are generated in-house, so you can focus on what you do best, connecting with people and closing deals. The ideal candidate is energetic, personable, and results-driven, with a passion for customer service and relationship building. You'll meet with clients in person, walk them through our offerings, and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs. What You'll Do * Meet with pre-qualified leads generated by our in-house team * Assess customer needs and recommend tailored solutions that align with their goals and preferences * Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients * Develop and manage your personal book of business * Achieve and exceed sales goals and performance metrics * Develop sales strategies to attract new clients * Represent the company professionally and positively in all interactions What We're Looking For * Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with customers in face-to-face interactions * Proven ability to overcome objections and confidently guide potential clients toward a purchasing decision using solution-based selling techniques * Resilience and persistence, with the ability to remain positive and focused in the face of rejection or challenges * Proficiency in problem solving and needs analysis, enabling personalized products and service recommendations based on each customer's unique situation * High level of self-motivation and discipline with the ability to manage time effectively and work independently * Customer-focused mindset with a professional demeanor, engaging education and following up with client to ensure satisfaction and loyalty * Flexible and growth-oriented mindset, with a willingness to learn new strategies, products, and sales techniques * Willingness to travel locally and engage with clients in various settings Step into a career where you control your success-your drive determines your growth and income.
