Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Commercial Insurance Agent/Producer/Advisor/Outside Salesperson to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for finding potential business clients and assisting them in selecting the right insurance products to meet their needs and selling these products. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a knack for sales, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. Responsibilities * Find and build a pipeline of potential clients. * Engage with potential clients to assess their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions. * Conduct thorough market research to identify competitive insurance products and trends. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service. * Negotiate policy terms and conditions with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction. * Participate in outside sales activities to expand client base and promote insurance offerings. * Provide ongoing support and education to clients regarding their policies and coverage options. Experience * Previous experience in sales is preferred. * Familiarity with insurance products is a plus. * Strong negotiation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
