What You Can Expect * Paid Training * No Cold Calling!!! pre-screened, qualified leads everyday * Realistic first-year earnings of $80,000 -$130,000 * 100% commission after paid training * Weekly commissions * Paid training and onboarding * Company-provided vehicle, gas card, and EZ-Pass Key Responsibilities * Conduct in-home consultations to assess roofing, siding, and gutter needs * Educate homeowners on our products and services * Prepare and present accurate proposals and timelines * Coordinate with production teams to ensure seamless project execution * Document sales activities and follow-ups in CRM software * Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings Qualifications * Valid driver's license and clean driving record required * Experience in residential/exterior home improvement sales preferred * Strong communication and customer service skills * Results-driven and self-motivated * Tech-savvy * Must be able to safely lift up to 65 pounds * Must be able to safely climb a ladder * Must be able to enter and maneuver in confined spaces, including crawl spaces Benefits * Uncapped commissions - paid weekly * Company vehicle, gas card, and EZ-Pass * Paid training and support * Health, Dental, Vision insurances offered * Company paid life insurance and short-term disability * 401(k) Pay: $80,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Company car * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid training * Vision insurance Education: * High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: * In-Home Sales: 2 years (Preferred) License/Certification: * Driver's License (Required) Ability to Commute: * Morgan, PA 15064 (Required) Work Location: In person
