This position plays a vital role in ensuring our guests receive quick, kind, and convenient service, contributing directly to our mission of excellence.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to all guests
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
• Assist with retail sales and upselling products
• Supervise team members and ensure adherence to company standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
• Conduct product demonstrations as needed
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members
• Support merchandising efforts to enhance product visibility

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service or retail sales
• Strong cash handling skills
• Supervisory experience is preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to upsell products effectively
• Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations
• Bilingual skills are a plus but not required
