Retail Sales Associate - Bilingual (Spanish Required) Job Type: Full-Time Pay: $12.00 - $26.00 per hour (Hourly + Commission) About the Role: We're hiring a Wireless Sales Associate for our Metro by T-Mobile location. If you're energetic, goal-driven, and love helping people stay connected, this is the perfect role for you. Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required. You'll play a key role in delivering top-notch service and growing our customer base. What You 'll Do: * Learn and follow the Metro by T-Mobile sales process * Hit daily and monthly sales goals and performance metrics (KPIs) * Greet customers with energy, friendliness, and professionalism * Recommend phones, plans, and promotions that meet customer needs * Keep the store clean, organized, and sanitized * Participate in local marketing and community events * Follow all operational procedures and store policies * Take on other duties as assigned by management * Set the standard for excellent personal and professional conduct What We 're Looking For: * Must be fluent in Spanish and English (Required) * Must be 18 years or older * High school diploma or GED (Required) * Legally authorized to work in the U.S. * Must have reliable transportation * Open availability including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Good with numbers and cash handling * Willing to work hard and adapt in a fast-paced environment * Able to pass a background check Schedule: * 10-hour shifts * Monday to Friday * Weekend and holiday availability Compensation & Benefits: * $12.00 - $24.00 per hour (Base Pay + Commission) * Bonus opportunities * Employee discount * Flexible scheduling Experience (Preferred, but not required): * 1 year of retail sales * 1 year of customer service If you're passionate about wireless tech and ready to grow with a dynamic team, apply now and join us!
