Job Summary

JN Group Inc. is now hiring a Sales Manager to help lead our dynamic sales team at its Jaguar/Land Rover/Volvo dealership, located at Velocity Honolulu. These brands represent a shared commitment to craftsmanship, innovation, performance while maintaining their luxury. The Sales Manager ensures the dealership consistently meets or exceeds its sales and profit targets by directing all Sales Department operations, optimizing the product lineup, driving team performance, and cultivating a culture of exceptional customer service.

Compensation

is $4,0000.00 monthly salary plus a draw against commissions.

Duties

• Ensure the sales process and customer interactions are delivered in accordance with manufacturer and Company standards.
• Forecast monthly units with each brand specialist to establish objectives at the beginning of the month.
• At close of the month, review forecasts with each brand specialist to identify areas of success and methods to improve.
• Hire, train, motivate, supervise, counsel, and monitor the performance of all brand specialists and other team members to ensure that all dealership policies and procedures are followed.
• Oversee the efforts of the sales department employees to enhance the image and customer satisfaction ratings of the dealership.
• Keep an accurate count of floor traffic.
• After initial training, remain proficient on all computer systems including factory and dealership DMS systems.
• Other duties assigned.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of F&I Manager experience required.
• 1-2 year of sales manager experience preferred.
• Must have a current driver's license and an acceptable motor vehicle abstract. Pay: From $4,000.00 per month
