Now Hiring - Personal Lines Account Manager - Independent Retail Insurance Location: 1415 Walton Blvd., Rochester Hills, MI 48309 Department: Personal Lines Compensation: Base salary up to $60,000 + commissions (Total expected earnings $65,000-$75,000, depending on sales performance) Crawford Insurance Group is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to join its growing team in Rochester Hills, Michigan. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys servicing clients while also having the opportunity to grow their income through sales. If you're personable, motivated, and enjoy helping clients protect what matters most -- this position offers both stability and upside. You'll manage and service personal lines accounts while earning first-year- only commissions on new accounts and new coverages sold, rewarding your ability to identify client needs and provide thoughtful insurance solutions. Company Perks: * 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision for employee-only plans and a portion of the dependent costs. * PTO and company-paid holidays. * 401K plan What You 'll Do: * Manage and service a portfolio of personal lines clients, including auto, home, umbrella, and related coverages * Handle renewals, endorsements, billing questions, and policy changes with accuracy and timeliness * Identify opportunities to cross-sell and add new coverages that align with client needs * Generate new personal lines business and earn commissions on new accounts and coverages sold (first year only) * Build long-term client relationships through proactive communication and excellent service * Maintain accurate client records and activity notes in the agency management system What We 're Looking For: * Experience servicing personal lines insurance accounts within an agency environment * Strong understanding of personal lines insurance products and coverages * Sales-minded approach with the ability to identify and act on growth opportunities * Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment * Active Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain one) Why Alkeme?
