What You'll Love About Maria Quattrone - LPT Realty * Choose your compensation plan: - Business Builder: $500 per file with a $5,000 cap - Brokerage Partner: 80/20 split with a $15,000 cap * No sign-up fees and no monthly fees * Technology + workflow tools to run your business efficiently: - LPT Connect / Dotloop / Lofty (platform tools) * Education, training, and support built into the model Compensation & Fees (Transparent Breakdown) This is a commission-only, independent contractor role. * Compensation plan options include: - $500 per file with a $5,000 cap OR 80/20 split with a $15,000 cap * $500 annual fee (paid from your first transaction each year) * $195 transaction fee on core transactions (see ICA/fee schedule for specifics) What You'll Do * Generate and convert buyer/seller leads (sphere, referrals, prospecting, online, open houses) * Conduct client consultations and set clear expectations * Negotiate contracts and manage the deal from accepted offer to close * Maintain accurate pipeline activity using CRM and transaction management tools * Deliver a high-standard client experience that drives referrals and repeat business Who This Is For * Active real estate license (or in the final stages of licensing) * Self-starter who wants accountability, structure, and a scalable model * Strong communicator who follows up consistently * Comfortable using tech tools (CRM, digital forms, transaction management) How to Apply Click "Apply" and include: * Your contact info * License status (active/in-process) * Your primary market area Optional: Share your production goals for the next 12 months.
