Entry Level Account Manager Responsibilities: * Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the customer experience and guiding new customers through the enrollment process for products and services * Attend trainings for new product offerings and become an expert in all product knowledge and compliance standards * Set objectives, plan, organize and coordinate with team members to meet objectives and goals for marketing campaigns * Assist sales consultants in the marketing and membership process whenever needed * Enhance the customer experience through new ideas and approaches for marketing and branding programs Entry Level Account Manager Requirements: * 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing and/ or customer-facing environments * A love for high-quality customer experiences and customer engagement * Proficient communication ability in demanding situations * Analytical mind, while creatively flexible * Passion for unique marketing and sales strategies * Flexibility in a fast-moving, constantly changing environments * An unwavering desire for continued improvement and experimentation Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year Benefits: * Employee assistance program Work Location: In person
