Sales Associate - Powersports Dealership (Full-Time) Location: Gorham, Maine Join the Reynolds Motorsports Sales Team Reynolds Motorsports is one of Maine's largest motorcycle and ATV dealerships, and we're growing. We're looking for a full-time Sales Associate who is energetic, coachable, and genuinely enjoys helping customers get into the right ride. What You'll Do * Greet customers and guide them through the sales process for motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, snowmobiles, and more * Ask great questions, listen, and match customers with the right unit and accessories * Learn and maintain product knowledge on current models, features, and promotions * Prepare quotes, follow up on leads, and manage your sales pipeline * Provide an outstanding experience from first contact to delivery (and beyond) * Work as part of a team with Finance, Parts, and Service to take care of our customers What We're Looking For * Positive attitude and strong work ethic * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Comfortable talking to new people, asking questions, and closing deals * Interest in motorcycles, ATVs, snowmobiles, and other recreational products * Willingness to learn - prior sales/retail experience is a plus, but not required * Reliable and punctual, with the ability to work our full-time schedule * Must live within 25 miles of Gorham, Maine What We Offer * Earning potential: approximately $35,000 - $65,000+ per year (base pay + commission) * Paid, hands-on training to set you up for success * Health insurance * Paid time off and holidays * Employee discounts on products and services * Stable, year-round employment with a well-established dealership * A fun, fast-paced work environment surrounded by powersports enthusiasts Position Details * Job Type: Full-time * Schedule: Typically 8:30 AM - 6:30 PM * Reports to: Store Manager * Work Remotely: No If you're serious about starting or growing a career in sales and you love the powersports world, apply today with your resume and a brief note about why you 'd be a great fit at Reynolds Motorsports.
