Skills That Make This Work * Proven hospitality, event, or outbound sales experience * Strong relationship-building and closing skills * Comfort using CRM tools and Microsoft Office (yes, really) * Valid WA State driver's license and personal vehicle * Ability to pass background and pre-employment screening * Living within 25 miles of Lynnwood (long-term fit matters) * Professional, business-casual appearance Office hours are standard, with occasional evenings/weekends for events-- because we actually like seeing the parties we create.
