Position: Jr Sales Associate Location: Honolulu, HI (Hybrid) Pay: $50,000 to $60,000/year + Commission Experience: Previous retail, customer service, or sales experience is preferred. Job Description

:

• Actively sell company services in a high-volume, results-driven environment
• Strategically prioritize your time to meet and exceed sales goals
• Lead discovery conversations to identify client challenges and opportunities
• Confidently present, pitch, and propose services as tailored solutions
• Maintain accurate and detailed records in a CRM or similar system
• Negotiate contracts that drive both immediate success and long-term value
• Forecast closed deals across sales and recruiting efforts
• Educate clients, prospects, and users with clear, relevant, and accurate service information
