Previous sales experience is required. This role supports the launch of a new Baton Rouge location within the That 1 Painter franchise, offering established systems to follow along with significant opportunity to grow and shape the business. We're looking for someone autonomous, scrappy, and motivated to take full ownership. You'll benefit from warm leads generated through digital and local marketing, but this is not a passive sales role. Success requires proactive outreach, prioritizing opportunities, and consistent follow-through. This is a field- based position for someone who thrives on networking, building referral relationships, and managing multiple touchpoints at once. This role goes beyond selling. As Location Manager, you will lead the entire lifecycle of each project --from estimating and closing the sale through active project management and job completion. You'll oversee timelines, crews, and quality, ensuring an excellent customer experience from start to finish. We'll train the right high-performance sales professional in all things painting.
