Full description of the position

The OOH Advertising Account Executive is responsible for developing new business and growing existing accounts through consultative, solution-based selling. This role combines prospecting, relationship management, strategic planning, and creativity. Ideal candidates thrive in a fast-paced, metrics- driven environment and are energized by closing deals and exceeding revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect, identify, and secure new advertising clients across a variety of industries.
  • Grow and manage a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring long-term retention and revenue expansion.
  • Develop customized OOH advertising solutions using company inventory (billboards, digital OOH, transit, etc.).
  • Conduct discovery meetings to understand client goals, audiences, and campaign objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver polished pitches, proposals, and presentations.
  • Collaborate closely with operations, creative, and marketing teams to execute campaigns flawlessly.
  • Track sales activities, pipeline stages, and revenue forecasts using CRM tools.
  • Monitor OOH industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
  • 2-5+ years of experience in advertising, media sales, or business-to-business sales (OOH experience strongly preferred).
  • Proven track record of meeting sales quotas and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of advertising strategy, audience targeting, and campaign performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with strong prospecting discipline and resilience.
  • Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Valid driver's license and dependable transportation for client visits (if applicable). What We Offer
