A popular local company in Hilo is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their team! In this role you will provide excellent customers service and guarantee a great buying experience! Hours Variable days, Sun-Sat 8:15am-5:30pm Location Hilo, Hawaii Pay $17.50 an hour Responsibilities * Provide outstanding and timely customer service. * Maintain knowledge of all company products. * Make product suggestions and recommendations. * Facilitate customer checkout. * Resolve customer requests and concerns in a professional, efficient and timely manner. * Assist with stocking, rotating stock, replenishing, and straightening merchandise displays. * Assist customers with telephone orders. * Maintain the cleanliness of the retail sales area, back stock room, and storage. Qualifications * Must be Japanese bilingual. * Previous customer service skills desired. * Friendly and professional demeanor at all times. * Current TB clearance. * Ability to handle customer complaints and maintain self-control. * Flexibility to work weekends and/or holidays. * Ability to lift up to 50lbs. * Ability to pass pre-employment state and federal background check and drug test.
