Job Description

Our office is growing and we need someone who we can trust to be a friendly face! The position is full time with flexible hours. Our Customer Service Sales Representative needs to be a customer service expert who would be willing to generate sales and help the agency market through social media and telemarketing, Salary range: $3,000 - $4,000 per month Plus the commission structure in place. Can make $90,000 plus with salary + commission included! (will go in depth with an interview)

Responsibilities

Process customer policy change requests. Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information. Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring. Schedule appointments for the agency owner if need be. Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe. Solicit insurance from leads produced by you and the agency

Requirements

Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude. Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up. Great customer service skills. Driven and goal-oriented individual. Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations. Performing outbound calls and emails on a daily basis Meeting the quoting goals set by the agency owner. Insurance Experience required License in Property & Casualty and Life & Health is required Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $35,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
