Wilford & Lee, a locally owned home decor company with over 35 years in business, is hiring Part-Time Retail Sales Associates for 16-24 hours in our Naples location! With four stores and a supportive team culture, we make sure every employee feels valued and encouraged to grow. What You 'll Do: Every day brings something new--ringing up sales, helping customers find the perfect decor piece, restocking shelves, and keeping our displays looking fresh and beautiful. No retail experience? No problem. We're happy to train the right person! What We 're Looking For * Energetic and friendly * Self-motivated and dependable * Strong communication skills * Positive attitude * Comfortable multitasking * Able to work days and some weekends * Available at least 16 hours per week Job Duties * Deliver exceptional customer service * Operate a cash register * Use ladders to retrieve wall decor * Assist with occasional heavy lifting of home accessories * Use basic computer skills for register tasks If this sounds like you, email us your r esume!
