The Entry Level AT&T Sales Assistant position is centered on customer care and sales. You'll be there from the first conversation to the final installation, ensuring customers have the services they need while promoting AT&T products. The ideal Entry Level AT&T Sales Assistant candidate is someone who thrives in customer service, sales, brings strong communication skills, and enjoys building lasting relationships. Entry Level AT &T Sales Assistant Day-to-Day: * Engage with customers directly in person to discuss AT&T services and products * Recommend the right AT&T plans or upgrades to meet customer needs * Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales metrics * Take part in entry level training designed to sharpen your sales expertise * Process all sales orders and guide customers through their experience creating satisfaction * Work with customers having professionalism, energy, and excellent customer service skills * Ensure accuracy when managing customer information in the sales process Entry Level AT &T Sales Assistant Qualifications: * Experience in sales or customer service * Strong communication and organizational skills * Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced sales environment * Full-time availability and flexibility for local travel * Independent, proactive, and detail-oriented work style Compensation & Job Details: * Position Type: Full-Time/ W2 * Earnings: Commission-BasedAT&T Sales Assistants earn $80 to $150 per qualified lead converted into a sale. On average, associates earn between $50,000-$65,000/year. * Schedule: Monday-Saturday (Approx. 40-50 hrs/week) * Job Locations: Main Houston office location and field locations in surrounding cities/areas as assigned. * Clients & Products: Promote AT&T's wireless phone, internet, and TV services.
