Sky Zone Edmond Sales Associate Part-Time, Onsite JOB DESCRIPTION POSITION OVERVIEW Sky Zone Sales Associates are part-time team members responsible for creating a welcoming first impression while driving membership and program sales. This role focuses on guest engagement, explaining membership benefits, processing transactions, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. RESPONSIBILITIES Sales Associates work closely with park members, guests, and team members to ensure a positive and efficient check-in experience while maximizing sales opportunities. Key responsibilities include: * Greet guests with enthusiasm and professionalism, creating a positive first impression. * Promote and sell Sky Zone memberships, programs, parties, and special offers. * Clearly explain membership options, pricing, and benefits to guests. * Process check-ins, waivers, payments, and reservations accurately. * Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals. * Handle cash, credit card, and POS transactions responsibly. * Answer guest questions and resolve concerns in a friendly and timely manner. * Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area. * Communicate effectively with management and other departments to ensure smooth park operations. * Uphold Sky Zone safety standards, policies, and brand values. QUALIFICATIONS * Must be 16 years of age or older. * Comfortable engaging with large groups of people in a high-energy environment. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Able to work a flexible schedule during park operating hours (Weekends Required). * Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, fitness, or entertainment is preferred but not required. * Sales-driven mindset with the ability to confidently recommend products and memberships. * Basic math and computer skills. * Able to sit, stand, and move around the park for extended periods. * Able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS * Ability to remain stationary and move throughout the park for long periods to support guest and operational needs. * Ability to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. * Ability to frequently communicate and interact with guests and team members in a busy, often loud indoor environment. COMPENSATION Compensation starts at $9/hour. Full pay range up to $12.00/hour , based on qualifications and experience. Pay: $9.00 - $12.00 per hour Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week Work Location: In person
