We are currently seeking full-time Sales Associates to represent our clients within high-traffic retail environments. This is not a commission- only role -- you'll earn hourly base pay plus commission , with additional bonuses and weekly incentives. Position Type: * Full-Time Employee (W-2) * 40-45 hours per week * Flexible scheduling available (including weekends) Compensation: * Base Pay: $14.00 - $19.00 per hour (depending on experience and performance) * Commission Pay: Earned on individual sales performance * Bonuses: Weekly and monthly team-based and individual performance bonuses * Pay Frequency: Weekly * This position includes a guaranteed base pay plus commission; it is not commission-only. Benefits: * Health Insurance * Dental and Vision Coverage * Paid Training (No prior experience required) * Weekly Pay (Direct Deposit Available) * Employee Discounts * Team Outings, Incentive Trips & Social Events * Clear Advancement Path - We promote from within * Supportive, high-energy work environment What You'll Be Doing: * Attend morning meetings at our Grand Rapids corporate office for training, performance updates, and daily strategy sessions * Travel to assigned big-box retail locations in the Grand Rapids metro area to set up and manage an in-store promotional booth * Engage face-to-face with retail customers , creating positive interactions that lead to product awareness and sign-ups * Represent essential consumer services , including but not limited to: * Streaming & entertainment subscriptions * Home improvement services * Wireless plans * Energy programs (where applicable) * Professionally educate and inform customers about ongoing promotional offers * Achieve individual and team sales goals through consultative selling * Keep product and promotional materials organized and presentable * Log basic customer information for follow-up as required (no cold-calling or door-to-door work involved) What We 're Looking For: * A positive, outgoing personality and professional appearance * Strong communication skills and the ability to confidently approach customers * Reliable transportation to and from Lansing each morning * Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods in a retail environment * A strong work ethic and interest in developing sales and leadership skills * Must be 18 years of age or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S. * Sales experience is a plus, but no experience is required - we provide full training Training & Career Development: At Excel Elite, we believe in growing talent from within.
