Job Description 1. Market Development and Customer Expansion - Develop diverse customer channels: Asian supermarkets, supermarket chains, restaurant distributors, wholesalers and retailers, etc. - Leverage cultural insights to cultivate the North American Chinese consumer group and business network. 2. Sales Strategy Development and Execution - Develop data-driven sales strategies based on market trends and customer needs. - Monitor competitor activities (pricing, promotions, channel layout) to strengthen product competitive advantages. 3. End-to-End Sales Management - Lead contract negotiations and customer relationship maintenance to improve customer satisfaction and repurchase rates. - Collaborate with production, logistics, and quality inspection teams to ensure timely and high-quality order delivery. 4. Compliance and Market Access - Ensure sales activities comply with North American regulations (FDA/CFIA), and manage labels and health certifications (such as HACCP/BAP). 5. Industry Promotion and Brand Building - Represent the company at industry events (such as the North American Seafood Expo) to enhance brand influence. - Collaborate with channel partners to develop promotional plans for mutually beneficial growth. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in business/marketing or related fields. - Experience: Passionate about sales, 3+ years of sales experience, interest in frozen foods or seafood, prior experience in the same industry preferred; - Skills: Excellent negotiation skills, cross-cultural communication and customer relationship management abilities; sales data analysis and market report writing skills; - Cultural Adaptability: Deep understanding of North American business culture; proficient in multicultural collaboration (fluent in both Chinese and English required); Job Type: Contract Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year Work Location: On the road
