Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic door to door sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and managing existing accounts within your designated territory. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales acumen, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for building lasting relationships with clients. You will leverage your expertise in d2d and b2b sales and account management to drive growth and enhance customer satisfaction. Duties * Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and cold calling efforts. * Manage a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service. * Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase our offerings and address client needs. * Develop and implement territory management strategies to maximize sales potential. * Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales initiatives with promotional campaigns. * Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and analyze performance metrics. * Negotiate contracts and close deals while upselling additional products or services as appropriate. * Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform business development strategies. * Maintain thorough documentation of all sales activities and customer interactions. Qualifications * Proven experience in outside sales, with a focus on d2d sales or technology sales preferred. * Strong understanding of account management principles and territory management techniques. * Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation tools; experience with Salesforce is a plus. * Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence clients effectively. * Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and identify opportunities for growth. * Exceptional customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly. * Experience in direct sales or retail sales is advantageous. * Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for success in this role.
