Have fun at Kira x Miffy in Waikiki! Kira x Miffy (from The Kira Shop) is a fun creative lifestyle brand, originally from San Francisco and now in Honolulu! We create our own collection of clothing & gifts exclusive to our shop and also curate goods from our favorite local designers, including clothing, accessories, artwork, cards and toys. We are an official store for Dutch story book character, Miffy (@miffyhawaii)! We are looking for someone who can : * Provide outstanding customer service with a proactive approach. * Actively greet and engage with customers. * Understand our product lines and make recommendations to customers. * Contribute to a collaborative team of creative sales associates. Requirements : * Strong customer service skills and verbal/written communication skills. * Must have attention to detail and be able to take ownership of responsibilities. * Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks. * Experience working independently. * Familiar with POS and inventory systems. * Team player and able to function effectively in a fast-paced environment with a get it done attitude. Qualifications : * Minimum Education: High School or equivalent. * 2+ years in retail sales. * Fluency in Japanese a plus. * Work flexible hours including weekends.
