Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Insurance Agent to join our team. This role involves engaging with clients to assess their insurance needs, providing tailored coverage options, and building long-term relationships. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, sales expertise, and a comprehensive understanding of insurance products. Multilingual abilities and experience in outside sales or retail sales are highly valued. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in expanding our customer base and ensuring client satisfaction through effective marketing and customer service strategies. Responsibilities * Develop new business through outside sales efforts, including telemarketing and community outreach * Conduct thorough analysis of client needs to recommend appropriate insurance coverage options * Negotiate policy terms and premiums to secure favorable agreements for clients and the company * Manage sales administration tasks such as policy documentation, renewals, and follow-ups * Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify additional insurance needs * Implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones * Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and explaining policy details clearly * Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and regulatory changes relevant to insurance sales * Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including HIPAA where applicable, and maintain confidentiality of client information Requirements * Proven experience in insurance sales, outside sales, or retail sales is preferred * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly * Analysis skills to assess client needs accurately and recommend suitable coverage options * Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse client populations * Knowledge of sales administration processes and marketing techniques * Customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships * Ability to work independently while collaborating with team members as needed * Familiarity with benefits administration and sales tools is advantageous * Prior experience working within regulated environments such as HIPAA compliance is beneficial Join our team as a Commercial Insurance Agent to leverage your sales expertise in a rewarding environment dedicated to client success.
