Next Generation Roofing & Construction is an upcoming and growing force in the Roofing market in Oklahoma - with 15 years of experience in the roofing industry, our CEO at the helm, Rob Baker, has found what makes an atmosphere & culture worth working and succeeding in! The project managers/sales reps at Next Generation will enjoy lead generation opportunities, a private space to work at in our new home in Midtown, OK, a very profitable commission split along with numerous bonus opportunities and paid bonus trips along with much more! We are currently looking for 2-3 sales reps that range in experience from a few months to several years that should be able to hit the ground running upon their entry. If you have immense experience in sales in general, then we will also entertain those resumes as well. Our first year reps have averaged 70-100k in their first 12 months and we have seen some seasoned reps make north of 400k! This is a very lucrative sales field to be in in Oklahoma and we are looking to add the right talent to our already very talented team.
