As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to get hands-on training from experienced professionals, while actively engaging with clients to provide personalized health insurance solutions Our mission is HOPE - Helping Other People Everyday LOCATION: This role requires successful candidates to be based in-person at our office located in Tampa, Florida (33610) WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • Can reach/surpass targeted sales goals REQUIREMENTS PRIOR TO STARTING:
• Active Driver's License
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Personal laptop is required, as well as the ability to purchase other office equipment
• Must be willing to get a 2-15 health & life insurance license (we will help!)
• Familiarity with CRM systems or sales software is a plus, but not required
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong communication skills
• Desire to learn and grow DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist clients in understanding their health insurance options by explaining policies and benefits in a clear and concise manner
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
• Build long-term client relationships and earn residual income
• Manage book of business
• Handle inquiries and resolve issues related to health insurance policies
• Educating the client on insurance pricing, benefits, and eligibility
• Generating new leads
• Obtaining any additional licensing
• Follow our proven sales system (no guesswork - we set you up for success!)

• Monday through Friday, 8am til 8pm with a customized lunch break/gym break
• Saturdays at 9am for training
