Why This Role Matters As an Impact Consultant, you'll serve as a trusted advisor and relationship- builder. You'll help organizations provide peace of mind to their employees through essential benefit programs --supporting families when they need it most. This role offers meaningful impact, unlimited earning potential, and a clear path to leadership. Compensation & Perks First-Year Earnings: $55,000 - $75,000 (on average) Uncapped Commission + Residual Income - Potential to earn over 100,000 Performance-Based Bonuses & Travel Incentives Flexible Schedule & Work-Life Balance Fast-Track to Management (as early as 90 days) What You'll Do Build and maintain relationships with local business owners and HR professionals Present and consult on customized employee benefit solutions Manage and grow an existing book of business Leverage our CRM (Salesforce) and proven systems for lead generation Meet (or exceed) production goals on a weekly and monthly basis Collaborate with your team to strategize and improve community outreach What We're Looking For Excellent communicator with a professional and approachable demeanor Passion for community engagement and helping others Highly organized, self-motivated, and coachable Proficient with Microsoft Office and digital tools Background in customer service, education, sales, or public service is a plus Requirements Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Personal laptop and mobile phone Ability to pass a background check Willingness to travel locally in Knoxville and nearby counties Your Career Path Starts Here This isn't just another sales job -- it's a chance to build a career with purpose.
