About us Gatto Cycle Shop and Marine in Tarentum, Pa which has been in business for 60 years carries motorcycles (Honda, Kawasaki, Suzuki, Royal Enfield), ATVs, UTVs, (Kawasaki, Honda, Suzuki, CF Moto), Pontoon and Fishing boats (Starcraft/Smokercraft), and personal watercraft (Kawasaki and Yamaha). Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced General Sales Manager to join our team. As a GSM, you will be responsible for managing sales process and providing excellent customer service in the Powersports market. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our dealership. * Ensure efficient and profitable operation of Sales, parts, and Service departments that meets company expectations * Ensure used motorcycles purchased or taken as trade are valued at a fair market price * Oversee ordering of new and purchase of used units, P&A, and Accessories * Ensure that all units new and used are repaired, reconditioned or setup for sale * Ensure that all vehicles (motorcycles, pontoon boats, personal watercraft, ATVs, and UTVs) in the department is displayed properly and that general housekeeping is done on an ongoing basis * Manage sales process through F&I and Sales team: CRM, traffic log, activities, and F&I dept. * Fill in for F&I when off work or busy days. * CRM/DMS/Desking experience * Motorcycle endorsement preferred * Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays (we are closed on Sundays and Mondays) * Proven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding departmental sales goals * Self-motivated, goal-oriented and enthusiastic presence in a team environment * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Support all departments including P&A, Service, and Sales related activities: desk management to include deal structuring, presenting numbers, closing deals, daily sales meetings, sales process training, showroom floor, and inventory management.
