Key Responsibilities: * Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new clients. * Evaluate clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate insurance products. * Process applications, renewals, and any changes in policies. * Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details. * Meet production goals and objectives. * Maintain knowledge of new products. * Be outstanding at relationship building to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty. * Call prospective customers by operating VOIP telephones, automatic dialing systems, and other internet technologies. * Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems. * Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
