Job Title: IT Mid-Market Sales Executive Location : Hybrid Reports To: Director of Sales Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a results-driven IT Mid-Market Sales Executive to grow and manage relationships with mid-sized businesses. This role focuses on identifying new opportunities, understanding client technology needs, and delivering tailored IT solutions that drive business outcomes. The ideal candidate is consultative, self-motivated, and comfortable owning the full sales cycle. Key Responsibilities * Prospect, qualify, and close new mid-market business opportunities * Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through contract close * Build strong relationships with key decision-makers (IT, Operations, Finance, C-suite) * Conduct needs assessments and recommend appropriate IT solutions (hardware, software, cloud, managed services, security, etc.) * Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed targets * Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction * Prepare proposals, pricing, and presentations tailored to client needs * Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and forecasting in CRM systems * Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies Qualifications & Experience * 3-7 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in IT, technology, or managed services * Proven success selling to mid-market companies (typically 50-1,000 employees) * Experience managing complex or consultative sales cycles * Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills * Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business value * Highly organized with strong time-management skills Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) * Experience selling MSP, cloud services (Microsoft Azure, AWS, M365), cybersecurity, or IT infrastructure * Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot * Existing mid-market network or book of business Compensation & Benefits * Competitive base salary + uncapped commission * Health, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) with company match * Paid time off and holidays * Ongoing training and professional development Why Join Us * High-growth organization with a strong reputation in the IT services space * Clear career advancement opportunities * Supportive sales leadership and technical team * Competitive compensation with strong earning potential Job Type: Full-time Pay: $52,475.50 - $220,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Application Question(s): * Do you have at least 3 years of selling IT Hardware/Software , Services and Contracts?
