We're seeking Front Desk - Membership Sales Coordinators (Receptionists) who are upbeat, outgoing, and have a passion for health and wellness. The Opportunity: * The ideal candidate would be available 3-5 days per week (including 1 weekend day) to cover any of the Chattanooga area clinics, however we will try to keep you in 1 or 2 locations. * Most of the clinics are open 7 days a week, Mon-Fri 10am-7pm and Sat-Sun 10am-4pm. There is a lunch break on weekdays of 2pm-2:45pm. * The take-home pay for current employees ranges from $18 -$20/hr which includes their base pay plus commission based on membership sales. This range can depend on clinic volume and the employees ability to gain the patient's commitment to care and reach sales goals. * Our office is focused on maintaining positive patient experiences, team engagement, and a strong presence within our community. You will have the support of other Wellness Coordinators for additional training/mentorship and will have the helping hand you need to achieve the high volume and high-quality patient care that we strive for. Our organization is also set up to make sure the offices run smoothly with the help of an engaged Franchisee. What we are looking for in YOU and YOUR skill set! * Have excellent customer service, communication, phone and computer skills. * Enjoy sales and preferably have at least 3 years of previous sales experience. * Have a history of meeting or exceeding sales goals for previous employers. * Reliable transportation and availability to cover a shift at any of the 5 Chattanooga area clinics when needed (Hixson, North Shore, Hamilton, Cleveland, and Fort O) * Be able to prioritize and perform multiple tasks. * Work cohesively with others in a fun and fast-paced environment. * Manage the flow of patients through the clinic in an organized manner * Complete transactions using point of sale software and ensure all patient accounts are current and accurate. Essential Responsibilities * Call Lead Lists Daily and Follow Up with phone calls, texts, and email * Recognizing and supporting team goals and creating and maintaining positive relationships with team members. * Maintain the cleanliness of the clinic and organization of workspace * Handle the occasional upset patient with empathy, problem solving and a win-win attitude. * Accepting constructive criticism in a positive manner and using it as a learning tool. * Willingness to participate in photography and video for Social Media Presentations of Clinic Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week Benefits: * Employee discount * Flexible schedule * Paid time off Work Location: In person
