Calling All Proven Closers In-Home Sales Consultant - Moore Water & Air Moore Water & Air has been serving homeowners for 45 years , and we're growing. We're looking for experienced in-home sales professionals who know how to guide a conversation, build value, and confidently close. If you're comfortable meeting homeowners face-to-face, following a proven process, and earning based on performance, this could be a strong fit. Compensation & Benefits * High commission-based pay with strong earning potential * Bi-weekly pay * Realistic annual earnings range: $80,000 -$175,000 based on performance * Warm, preset appointments (no cold door knocking) * One-call close sales environment * Performance bonuses and incentives * Opportunity for advancement for top performers What You 'll Do * Conduct in-home consultations with qualified homeowners * Educate customers on water and air quality solutions * Follow a structured sales presentation * Build trust, overcome objections, and close sales * Represent Moore Water & Air with professionalism and integrity What We 're Looking For * Previous in-home sales experience (HVAC, solar, roofing, pest, alarms, windows, or similar) * Strong communication and listening skills * Confidence presenting and asking for the sale * Self-motivated, dependable, and coachable * Comfortable working evenings and some weekends Sales experience is required.
