Overview Weed Man Lawn Care of Chattanooga is seeking an experienced, people-focused Sales Manager to lead our high-performing sales team. This role is responsible for driving growth, developing sales talent, and maintaining the award-winning customer experience our company is known for. Responsibilities * Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve weekly, monthly, and annual goals. * Manage daily sales operations, including monitoring key performance metrics and ensuring consistent follow-up with prospects. * Conduct regular training sessions to strengthen product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer communication skills. * Collaborate closely with service, marketing, and administrative teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from first contact through ongoing service. * Evaluate and refine sales scripts, call strategies, and customer engagement processes to maximize conversion rates. * Assist in hiring, onboarding, and developing new sales team members. * Address performance concerns through coaching, documentation, and accountability systems. * Maintain a positive, professional culture centered on integrity, teamwork, and exceptional service. * Represent Weed Man Lawn Care in a manner consistent with our award-winning reputation in the Chattanooga market. Requirements * Proven experience in sales management, team leadership, or a similar supervisory role. Experience in home services sales a plus (Lawn Care, Mowing, Pest Control etc) * Strong communication, coaching, and motivational skills. * Ability to analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions. * Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Comfortable with phone-based sales, outbound calling, and lead follow-up processes. * Proficient with basic computer applications (CRM systems, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, etc.). * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to hold team members accountable. * Positive, professional attitude with a commitment to creating a strong team culture. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. * Ability to work full-time, including seasonal business peaks.
