Professional with strong communication, a P & C Insurance License and an outgoing, sales personality. Serve as point of contact/consultant for the client to identify and understand client needs and provide recommendations. Coordinate the best coverage terms and pricing for the client. Work closely with clients to deliver timely advice, professional counsel and ensure marketing, service and claims are meeting client needs. Insurance sales, collect client information and develop initial marketing and renewal strategies. Build and maintain key client and carrier relationships by phone, email and in-person. Demonstrate strong skills in negotiating pricing, policy conditions and terms, etc. Promote and maintain good client, company and fellow employee relations. Design, setup and implement all CIP documentation. Alabama P&C License. College Degree is preferred. Normal Hours: 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday. Criminal/Drug screening.
