In this role, you will be responsible for developing new client relationships and expanding our waste management services. Responsibilities * Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within target markets * Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients * Present waste management solutions tailored to client needs, emphasizing benefits and value * Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed proposals to potential customers * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up actions * Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and regulatory requirements affecting waste management services Qualifications * Proven experience in sales, preferably within waste management or related industries * Strong customer service skills with the ability to understand client needs and offer appropriate solutions * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills * Self-motivated with a proactive approach to building relationships and closing deals * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment * Knowledge of environmental regulations and waste management practices is a plus but not required * High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or environmental sciences are advantageous This role is ideal for individuals passionate about sustainability, eager to develop their sales expertise, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service.
