We are currently searching for a business to business sales professional to join our team in the role of Business Development Manager. Our ideal candidate is an EXTROVERT, detail orientated, self-motivated, and a brand builder. Key attributes include excellent organization skills with a strong desire to deliver an extraordinary customer experience. Highlights: * $60-$75K first year compensation expected. Base Salary + Bonus/Commission * Current marketing and sales processes from the industry leader * Defined territory, Great Chattanooga area Job Description / Responsibilities: * Build a book of business in the commercial/industrial paint industry * Create and execute marketing events and campaign * Cold Call targeted verticals and prospects within the community * Utilize social media to promote events and build brand awareness * Attend networking events throughout the area consistently * Solicit Requests for Proposals from clients * Key account management while pursuing new opportunities * Manage internal prospecting activities and goal tracking Qualifications: * Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills * High level of integrity and character * Enjoys networking and meeting new people * Proven ability to set, meet, and exceed goals * Engaging personality * Proficient with Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Google Sheets, etc.) * Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record Apply today to be considered for the position!
