We are currently searching for a business to business sales professional to join our team in the role of Business Development Manager. Our ideal candidate is an EXTROVERT, detail orientated, self-motivated, and a brand builder. Key attributes include excellent organization skills with a strong desire to deliver an extraordinary customer experience. Highlights:

• $60-$75K first year compensation expected. Base Salary + Bonus/Commission

Responsibilities

:

• Build a book of business in the commercial/industrial paint industry
• Create and execute marketing events and campaign
• Cold Call targeted verticals and prospects within the community
• Utilize social media to promote events and build brand awareness
• Attend networking events throughout the area consistently
• Solicit Requests for Proposals from clients
• Key account management while pursuing new opportunities
• Manage internal prospecting activities and goal tracking
