Working as an AT&T Account Associate with our company you will help customers find the right wireless solutions for their communication and entertainment needs. This AT&T Account Associate role is a full time position that works with customers to establish trust and convenience for them. Our AT&T Account Associate will work with customers and access their current wireless device to see what types of upgrades, promotions and services they are eligible for. Our AT&T Account Associates are all about our customers' experience so we are looking for someone who thrives in a high-energy environment, can help customers process their new wireless orders and is passionate about customer service. AT &T Account Associate Responsibilities: * Our AT&T Account Associate will be responsible for working with customers to access their wireless services and manage their accounts * Using a combination of product knowledge, relationship-building, and effective sales techniques, work with customers to find the best solutions for them * Conduct personalized consultations to understand each customer's needs and recommend the best AT&T solutions tailored to their lifestyle and budget * Create and manage customer accounts, ensuring accurate entry of customer information and proper follow-through to guarantee a smooth onboarding process * Provide exceptional customer service by handling inquiries, answering questions, and resolving concerns with professionalism and care * Collaborate with team members and leadership to improve processes, share winning strategies, and contribute to a high-performance environment AT &T Account Associate Qualifications: * Excellent communication and people skills * A self-starter mindset with a drive to succeed * Prior experience in customer service or account management is a plus (but not required) * Adaptable to new environments and learning sales * Comfortable working with customers and explaining wireless services * Excellent at problem solving and finding solutions AT &T Account Associate Position Overview: This position is a full time employment position located in Dallas, TX. This position is Monday-Saturday with an average of 40 hours per week working in a face to face role with customers. * Pay: $70-$240 per order. On average a minimum of 1 order is completed per day per employee. 100% commission * Location : Dallas, TX * Clients & Products: Our company works with AT&T to promote and sign up new customers for their wireless services Job Type: Full-time Pay: $3,800.00 - $4,600.00 per month Benefits: * Employee discount * Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
