Requirements: * Job Responsibilities: * Lead and oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations in the center with excellence * Provide exceptional customer service by building relationships with families and communicating student progress * Lead, coach, and motivate center management and instructional staff by building relationships and providing regular thoughtful, direct, and constructive feedback * Close sales by promptly responding to leads, thoughtfully conducting assessment appointments * Clearly communicating, and ensuring timely completion of enrollments. * Train, assist in scheduling employees, and apply appropriate instructional methods and practices to effectively provide individualized instruction in a small group setting using the Mathnasium Method * Market the Mathnasium program by building school and community relationships * Monitor and grow overall center performance metrics, including profitability and student success * Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes * Maintain a safe and professional learning environment Qualifications: * Self-starter who is proactive and takes initiative to lead and oversee all aspects of center operations and performance * Passion for developing and leading a team to deliver instructional excellence in Mathnasium's math education curriculum and approach * Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to easily build rapport, understand customer needs and communicate clearly; * Highly organized with attention to details * Good judgement and emotional intelligence * Eagerness to learn and be trained * Proficiency with basic computer skills * Completed Bachelor's Degree, preferred in business, education, math or related field * Previous management or leadership experience preferred * Previous customer relationships & sales experience preferred _ Mathnasium locations are independently owned and operated by franchisees of Mathnasium Center Licensing, LLC ( "Mathnasium").
