Our Client Support Associates play an essential role in our Sales and Customer Experience Team, helping customers with account setup, service inquiries, and Sales support to ensure every interaction ends on a positive note. What You 'll Do As Our Next Client Support Associate: * Serve as the first point of contact for clients, answering questions and guiding them through the Sales process * Assist with Sales orders, service requests, and client account updates with accuracy * Learn about our telecommunications products, promotions, and Sales strategies through ongoing training * Collaborate with your teammates and senior staff to reach daily and weekly Sales goals * Track client interactions to ensure seamless service, retention, and Sales performance * Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and community outreach events that drive Sales growth What You 'll Bring As A Client Support Associate: * A positive attitude and passion for helping others succeed in Sales and service * Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly * Willingness to learn new Sales techniques and grow within the company * A team-player mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced Sales-driven environment * Previous experience in customer service, retail, or inside sales is a plus (but not required!)
