Job Brief: Our Dispatcher and Customer Service Representative acts as the first communications point for our customers and for our technicians. Must be pleasant, professional and possess the ability to function equally well in both a team environment and independently. Required to be highly detail- oriented and focused on customer satisfaction. They are responsible for securing work orders from our customers, analyzing our computerized scheduling system and for improving the performance, productivity and efficiency of our field technicians through the implementation of effective methods and strategies. Responsibilities: Processing of customer request for electrical services utilizing our unique pricing matrix and securing the customer work order in our customer service database. Proactively plan and forecast the service technicians daily schedule and properly assigning technicians to projects maximizing their schedules. Enter work orders into our field services system, process PO's and maintain lead logs. Assist with COD billings and processing of customer required paperwork. Assign sales leads and capture pertinent customer information. Maintain company policy and procedures with field technicians and act as direct liaison between management and field personnel for implementation of new and revised company policies and procedures. Perform quality controls and monitor company and client KPI reports. Requirements: Proven work experience in dispatching and or operations in the construction industry. Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization. Leadership, outstanding organizational skills and strong multitasking abilities. Must have a high attention to detail and consistently follow up on issues when required. Ability to process and apply strong organization skills to meet the customer service delivery requirements on time each and every day. Active listener with excellent communications skills focusing on customer satisfaction and retention. Proficient IT skills (databases, MS Office, Field Dispatch Software etc.) College degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
